Fix GIFs to Upload Properly on Tumblr

Cory clues us in to a site for prepping GIFs for Tumblr: If you've ever used Tumblr before, you'd know how terrible posting a GIF is. You get an error or sometimes the GIF is frozen. Nobody really knows what the limits of what you're allowed to upload is. We whipped up a simple drag-and-drop web app that automatically converts and optimizes any GIF to work on Tumblr. Problem solved and its free and easy.
